All you need to prepare this recipe is a Thermomix®, baking tray, and your oven. Voila!

 

Vegan Cauliflower Fettucine Alfredo


Yes, you heard that right…you can make your favorite Fettucine Alfredo dish but with all of the vegan ingredients you know and love. This warm and creamy dish is easily a fall-time favorite. With only 15 minutes of prep time, this recipe will be ready in no time! However, since this is a vegan dish and requires dried pasta without eggs, our Recipe Development Team recommends extending the cooking time if need be.

 

Vegan Macaroni & Cheese

Is there anything better than Mac & Cheese? No…And this Vegan Macaroni & Cheese dish is up there in our list of favorites. It’s simple, only takes 30 minutes to prepare, and will warm you right up during these colder fall months. And if you can’t wait or forgot to soak your cashews, follow this tip from our Recipe Development Team: place 3 ounces of raw cashews and 14 ounces of water into the mixing bowl and heat for 8 min at 212°F while your Thermomix® is stirring. Let it sit covered for 30 minutes and then drain cashews and discard water. Enjoy!
