International Cooking Day 2021 with Thermomix® – Part I
Each year on September 25th, we celebrate International Cooking Day, a special day that inspires us to explore our passions in the kitchen and discover new and exciting recipes from around the world. With our international Thermomix® community and access to over 60,000 Cookidoo® recipes across the globe, it’s easy to share the fun with those around us.
We asked our close-knit community of Independent Consultants to share their favorite recipes to whip up in their Thermomix® and the meaningful stories behind them to celebrate the exciting day. It is an honor to celebrate the diversity among our community over the same passion we all share: good food. With so many submissions, means an extra blog post, with extra tasty inspiration. Kettle: I use it from 100ºF to activate the yeast, to 212ºF for pasta because I don’t need to set the time.

Shredding. Because most dishes I usually prepare involve that part and doing it manually takes you a lifetime to be finished!
