After cleaning, allow the stoneware to dry out completely in a place that is well-ventilated, both from above and from below; only put away once dry. Do not place the stoneware directly under the grill or on a direct heat source (e.g. hob). Always make sure that 2/3 of the stoneware’s surface is covered. Always distribute food evenly.
