Place all components loosely and separately in the dishwasher to avoid deformation resulting from exposure to high temperatures or pressure from items above or nearby.
Gently put your hand on top of the pusher instead of pressing.
The cutting disc can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, we would recommend cleaning the cutting disc under running water with a washing-up brush. This will help to keep the high-quality blades sharp for longer

Fantastic Accessory!

"The Thermomix cutter is fantastic. I have a used a food processor for years for all chopping, slicing and grating functions available now in the Thermomix. I love having these functions available on the Thermomix as not I don’t need to get out another appliance. But even more significant is the precision with which the Thermomix slices and shreds. The Themomix cutter fits snugly and holds the vegetables, cheese or whatever very securely so the slices are very consistent. The cutter also comes with the spiralizer. It perfectly spiralizes very hard vegetables like raw beets, squash, celery root, carrots and potatoes. I like to use these vegetable sprial as pasta. Softer vegetables work equally well and I use them in soup."

It's an average.

"It's an average product for me. I didn't really like it. The grating options are either too fine or too coarse-there's no in between. I was excited that it comes with a cutter like the Thermomix, but it didn't outperform my Breville food processor. Breville is still my favorite."
