It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth to the app and sends notifications when your dish is ready, so there's no more guessing or overcooking. It's versatile enough to use in the oven, on a pan, or even on the grill, which makes it useful well beyond just Thermomix recipes. The only things to keep in mind are that it needs regular charging and should stay within a reasonable distance from the oven for a stable connection — but that's a minor tradeoff for the precision it delivers. If you bake often or cook meat and fish regularly, this accessory pays for itself in consistency and peace of mind."

While ovens may have temperature variations, making the outcome inconsistent some times when simply following a recipe, this senor shows the true temperature of the thighs you are cooking. So it turns guess work to accuracy. And it can be used with or without Thermomix."
