TM5 Mixing Knife is dishwasher-safe. Place it into the top rack of the dishwasher to avoid any damages. Hand wash with warm soapy water. Thoroughly clean all parts of the Thermomix® TM5 after every use . The mixing knife will wear out over time if the Thermomix® TM5 is regularly used forchopping hard food. * Please see TM6® Manual.
