"The Thermomix® Blade Cover & Peeler has quickly become one of my favorite Thermomix accessories. It does an excellent job protecting delicate ingredients during slow cooking and sous vide, while the peeling function is surprisingly effective and saves a significant amount of prep time. I was particularly impressed with how well it peels potatoes and root vegetables. The results are consistent, and it eliminates the tedious task of hand peeling when preparing larger meals. The blade cover also allows ingredients to maintain their shape during long cooking processes, making it perfect for stews, braised dishes, and slow-cooked recipes. The accessory is easy to install, simple to clean, and feels sturdy and well-designed. While it may not completely replace manual peeling for every vegetable, it greatly reduces effort and makes meal preparation more convenient."
