It's Time to Upgrade

Customers must first purchase a new Thermomix TM7® during the promotional period. After completing their purchase, Customers or Consultants must return to the Trade-In page and submit the Trade-In request form, including the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• TM7™Order Number
• Model they will be trading in

Trade-In requests must be submitted by June 28. Once the Trade-In request has been reviewed and approved by Customer Service, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to the Customer or Consultant via email. (Please note that a return shipping box will not be provided). Customers are responsible for packaging their trade-in unit before shipment.

Only the Mixing Bowl, Mixing Knife and Base Unit are required for the trade-in. Accessories do not need to be returned.

Failure to return the Trade-in unit within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the trade-in refund/credit or adjustment of promotional benefits.

Customers or consultants are responsible for shipping their eligible trade-in unit to the designated warehouse using the prepaid return shipping label provided by Customer Service. Once the trade-in unit is received and verified at the warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for the Trade-In refund/credit to be processed.

No. Trade-In refund/credit will be applied toward the original payment method used to purchase the new Thermomix TM7®. Refund/credits cannot be issued as cash, transferred, or refunded to a different form of payment.

If your original Thermomix purchase was financed, the Trade-In refund/credit will be applied according to the financing and trade-in process in effect at the time of your Thermomix TM7® purchase. The Trade-In credit cannot be issued as cash or applied to a different form of payment. Customers with financing questions should contact Customer Service for assistance regarding their specific account and financing arrangements.

All Thermomix models are eligible for our trade-in program, including TM5, TM6, and earlier models. The trade-in value will vary based on the model and condition.

This promotional Campaign is valid from June 15th, 2026, at 6:00am PT through June 28th, 2026, at 11:59pm PT or while supplies last, and may be combined with other offers and promotions. No substitution or price adjustments are allowed. Offer not valid on prior purchases or canceled orders. Trade-In requests must be submitted by June 28, 2026, at 11:59pm PT, and eligible Trade-Ins must be shipped to Company by July 15, 2026. All Trade-In requests subject to review and approval. Trade-In models are final and cannot be returned. If purchase is returned, a promotional voucher equal to the accepted trade-in value will be issued. Terms apply. 

 Note: By participating in the Trade-In Campaign, you agree that your Trade-In is final and will not be returned once received and processed. Trade-In models may be disposed of, recycled, refurbished, or otherwise handled at our discretion upon receipt. If you return your new Thermomix® TM7® in accordance with our applicable return policy, you will not receive your Trade-In model back. Instead, you will be issued a promotional voucher equal to the final accepted Trade-In value of your model. The promotional voucher may be redeemed toward future purchases on thermomix.com and must be used within ninety (90) days of issuance, except where prohibited by applicable law or where a longer validity period is required by law. Any unused value remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Once the Trade-In model has been received and processed, the Trade-In transaction is irrevocable and cannot be canceled.
