Everyone loves a good steak, full of juicy flavor, but if you need to switch things up, try this Peruvian Steak Bowl. This bowl is divided into three different parts. First and foremost, the steak and quinoa. Next, is the homemade Salsa Criolla (onion relish), and of course, the Aji Verde sauce.

The Aji Verde sauce is what is going to give this bowl its vibrant and unique flavor. It is a standard condiment in Peruvian cooking, made up of mayonnaise, fresh cilantro,  jalapeño's, and cheese for that creamy texture. If you love a little spice, there is no doubt you will love this bowl.

Korean Beef Bowl

Where's the beef? Well, you can find it in our delicious Korean Beef Bowl! Easy, delicious, and plenty of leftovers. Another simple way to switch up your typical protein intake and opt for a creative and fun dish instead!

Did you know that Korean Steak is actually referred to as Bulgogi? It is made from thinly sliced marinated beef tenderloin or sirloin. Another form is called, Galbi, which is made from beef short ribs. Our recipe calls for flank steak, which will give this bowl that delicious charred flavor.

Rainbow Bowl

And last but not least, our bright and colorful, Rainbow Bowl. If you need a little pick-me-up, this bowl should get the job done. This bow is also divided into four sections for ideal preparation: yogurt dressing, turmeric marinade, chopped vegetables, and rice and assembly.

Want a special tip from our Recipe Development Team? If turmeric stains the mixing bowl, they advise placing it in direct sunlight for 1-2 hours as the UV rays will destabilize the stains and it will return it to its original color.
