Great new design

"I’m very happy with the bowl for the TM7. The heat protection is a great feature because it makes handling the bowl during cooking much safer. I also really like how easy it is to remove the protective cover for cleaning, which makes maintenance very convenient. I also think the bowl cap works wonderfully. It closes the lid securely without leaving any gaps, which helps prevent leaks and gives added confidence when cooking. Overall, I think this is a fantastic innovation for the new Thermomix model. It improves both safety and usability, making the cooking experience even better."

Bowl and Cover review

"I like that the TM7 is a bit quieter; however, I completely dislike that there is no larger opening on the cover to feed or add portions of ingredients. I hope you come up with a replacement cap soon because it is not fun cooking without this opening. I shouldn't need to open the cover. Actually, most blenders have this basic feature. There is no reason to close this off. If I had known earlier, I would not have upgraded to the TM7. I also am not so thrilled about the latch to unlock the stainless steel bowl and the blade. . . Find a simpler way, please. . . ."

"I don’t know if I’m just not getting it or if this machine is simply too complicated for me, but I don’t understand how to use it. It’s difficult to operate, my food doesn’t come out the way it’s supposed to, and I’m completely frustrated. "The TM7 is great but not the customer service who NEVER answer the phone ! At the price we paid for this appliance I will expect to have a customer service answering the phone when I have questions . And what about the extra 3 months free trial but you have to pay $65 right away … ? Doesn’t make sense !"
