"This tool does EVERYTHING. A must-have for your Thermomix. From grating hard cheese to spiralizing delicate zucchini for a nice summer salad, to slicing your pepperoni for a fresh pizza, this cutter does it all. It is so brilliantly designed that it takes a bit of time to learn, especially for the small discs, as this is an upgrade from the TM6 version, but it is worth the effort! "A very handy tool to supplement the TM7 to process veggies. I especially like the spiralizing function to make zucchini noodles. My consultant showed me how to dissemble it and store it. It makes a big difference. The blade inside is dishwasher safe. There are a lot of Cutter recipes available on Cookidoo."
