Place all components loosely and separately in the dishwasher to avoid deformation resulting from exposure to high temperatures or pressure from items above or nearby.

The cutting disc can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, we would recommend cleaning the cutting disc under running water with a washing-up brush. This will help to keep the high-quality blades sharp for longer

"I’ve used the Thermomix® TM7™ Cutter+ several times now for slicing and grating, and it has quickly become one of my favorite accessories. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve when you first set it up, figuring out the orientation and choosing the right side for the specific thickness you want takes a few tries. But once you get the hang of it, this thing is an absolute powerhouse. The blades are incredibly sharp and fly through vegetables and cheeses in seconds without stalling or tearing. Because it's so efficient, you really have to pay attention during assembly, disassembly, and washing, be extremely careful not to cut yourself. If you do a lot of meal prep, the time saved makes this accessory worth every penny. It easily earns a full 5 stars."
